Order Picking Supervisor

As an Order Picking Supervisor, you ensure that every product is ready for loading exactly on time. You maintain an overview, motivate your team and know how to perfectly combine speed and quality. In this role, you bring structure, energy and teamwork together to create a smooth-running process.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Independently managing the team with a focus on team motivation and a positive working atmosphere;

• Guiding and developing colleagues, including HR interviews and strengthening the corporate culture;

• Coordinating the order picking process, setting priorities, identifying bottlenecks and coordinating with other foremen;

• Monitoring safety, order and compliance with rules in the workplace, with an eye for continuous improvement;

• Collaborating with other departments and flexibly stepping in to fill other foreman roles where necessary.
