Team Leader IT Operations

Wanted: Team Leader IT Operations to bring structure and direction to a fast-growing IT environment. In this role, you will manage the IT Support, Infrastructure and IT Projects teams and oversee day-to-day operations. With sharp priorities, process improvement and a focus on development, you will ensure – from Eersel and regularly from Aalten – that IT operations run smoothly and are ready for the next step.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Managing IT disciplines, coaching employees and conducting HR interviews;

• Ensuring structure, cooperation and productivity;

• Bringing clarity and predictability to IT operations by optimising and properly securing processes, procedures and the use of TOPdesk;

• With your knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and hybrid infrastructures, among other things, you will be a technical sparring partner for engineers;

• Coordinating IT projects and improvement initiatives - monitoring progress and coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and external IT partners.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• 5-10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure or system management, supplemented by several years of managing IT teams;

• A strong background in process improvement, project coordination and working with on-premise and cloud environments;

• Strong communication skills and decisiveness, you translate technology into business and keep priorities sharp;

• A people-oriented and stable personality: you are pragmatic, solution-oriented and able to lead teams through change and further professionalisation;

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
