Project Manager

Responsibility and collaboration: as a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from the initial request right through to completion, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Clear objectives and concrete frameworks ensure that you are transparent about expectations and provide clear guidance. Knowing who is involved at what stage and adapting flexibly to different situations – you will do everything in your power to ensure projects run successfully!

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Coordinating and managing projects from order through to delivery;

• Drawing up and monitoring project plans, budgets and schedules;

• Keeping transparent project information continuously up to date;

• Identifying risks and bottlenecks and responding to them proactively;

• Managing and coordinating with internal stakeholders;

• Being familiar with the technology of Vencomatic Group products and the complementary products of suppliers.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• An affinity for technology and knowledge and/or experience in the poultry sector, preferably in the hatchery sector;

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role;

• Strong organisational and analytical skills, enabling you to work in a structured and disciplined manner;

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
