You are the indispensable link between the customer and the organisation. In this role, you ensure that every order is processed smoothly, quickly and without errors. With your eye for detail and customer-oriented attitude, you make every order a success.

What you will do

  • Answering customer questions about spare parts and orders via email;

  • Checking availability and ordering materials via purchasing;

  • Preparing quotations and converting them into orders as soon as the customer gives their approval;

  • Preparing quotations, processing orders and monitoring delivery times;

  • Ensuring error-free processing in the ERP system and transfer to dispatch and invoicing.

What you bring

  • You are familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft (or similar) software;

  • An independent approach, but also enjoy working in a team;

  • A customer-oriented attitude and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset;

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English - verbal and written.
