Financial Solutions Specialist

You are indispensable in our international commercial team: you are responsible for arranging and managing financial solutions. With your accurate, proactive and “can-do” attitude, you coordinate departments to ensure that internal and external processes run smoothly. This role is essential for facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and ensuring robust administrative and legal follow-up of all financial agreements.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Handling financing requests, weighing options and organising documentation;

• Connecting customers, Sales, Legal, Finance and project teams to ensure information flows quickly and clearly;

• Responding promptly to questions from financiers and filtering information intelligently for relevance and sensitivity;

• Administrative and legal follow-up of financing agreements in coordination with the project department;

• Contributing to the research and implementation of new financial solutions and supporting the legal department with general administrative tasks;

• Setting up and maintaining systems for real-time status updates and tracking, and providing regular updates and reports to the legal department on activities, progress and points of attention;

• Monitoring and improving internal and external processes for efficient execution.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar;

• Experience with financial solutions, project administration and cross-departmental communication;

• You are familiar with legal and administrative procedures relating to financing agreements;

• Digital skills: from MS Office to project management tools;

• Fluent in English - additional languages are a bonus.
