Ready to take charge? As Assistant Foreman in the shift work, you are the point of contact on the work floor. You monitor the schedule, maintain an overview and step in where necessary. With your energy, you motivate the team and ensure a smooth handover to the day shift.

• Coordinating the schedule with foremen and team leaders from the day shift;

• Coordinate work, participate yourself and ensure that everything runs smoothly;

• Resolve any issues and ensure a smooth handover to the relevant departments.

• With your assertive and proactive attitude, you always think in terms of solutions;

• You communicate easily and work well with colleagues;

• Experience with logistics processes and in possession of a forklift and/or reach truck certificate;

• A good command of Dutch and English.
