Assistant Foreman Assembly - Agro

In this position, you will combine technical knowledge with a coaching role on the work floor. Together with the foreman, you will manage the team within Agro production, where ventilation and heating systems are assembled. You will actively participate, monitor planning and progress, and ensure that quality and safety are always paramount. With your overview, practical approach and commitment, you will create structure, encourage cooperation and contribute to a pleasant team atmosphere.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Realising and monitoring production planning in accordance with quality and safety requirements;

• Managing and coaching the team, while actively participating on the floor yourself;

• Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment and careful management of machines and tools;

• Training and supervising new colleagues and BBL students;

• Working with the foreman, including taking over tasks in his absence.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• Technically skilled through education and/or experience, preferably in mechanical engineering or mechatronics;

• You have strong communication and organisational skills;

• An eye for opportunities for improvement and motivated to make processes smarter;

• Basic knowledge of the English language.
