Administration Officer Logistics

As a Logistics Administration Officer, you’ll be responsible for planning and arranging the transport of our after-sales orders. Ensuring documentation is complete and accurate, and requesting quotes on time – leave that to you! In this varied role, you’ll have frequent contact with customers, the after-sales team and the parcel service. In short: you’ll be a vital link in ensuring seamless logistics operations!

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Booking shipments with carriers;

• Requesting rates from our logistics partners;

• Draw up, check and process transport documents;

• Handle the administrative processing of after-sales orders for Finance;

• Ensure smooth and timely shipments by coordinating with internal departments and customers.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in logistics or administration;

• An accurate and proactive work ethic with an eye for process improvement;

• You switch easily between various tasks, communicate clearly and have a strong sense of responsibility;

• Good command of Dutch and English;

• Experience with logistics administration or transport planning is an advantage.
