What you will do

• Coach, develop, and guide the Supply Chain Planning team;

• Contribute to process and team development and initiate improvement projects;

• Monitor production and delivery processes, report KPIs, and adjust for optimal costs and delivery reliability;

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟

What you bring

• Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in (Technical) Business Administration or Supply Chain, supplemented with extensive experience in the field and as a manager;

• Strong communication skills, coaching abilities, and results-oriented mindset;

• Proficiency in ERP and multi-level planning - knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Prince2 is a plus;

• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English.
