Team Leader IT Support / Projecten

You are the technical leader who brings structure where it is messy and takes the team along in professional growth. With your sharp eye and infectious drive, you take on improvement projects and manage the daily operation of the support team. The support department consists of a number of employees, project team, and external 24-hour support. Your base is Eersel, and as a team leader, you are regularly on location in Aalten.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Manage the support team, conduct HR conversations, and monitor productivity;

• Improve and standardize processes, including restructuring of TopDesk and MDM;

• Support engineers with strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, AD, Intune, and Topdesk, and translate technology into business;

• Lead projects such as hardware standardization, contract management, and MDM;

• You collaborate with IT Infra and other teams, remain calm under pressure, and make decisions.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• 5-10 years of IT experience in service desk, system administration, and workplace management;

• Experience in managing or guiding IT support teams;

• Knowledge of process optimization, Topdesk, Intune MDM, project management;

• A clear, stable, people-oriented personality with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset;

• You are familiar with on-premise infrastructure and can speak fluent Dutch and English.
