Team Leader IT R&D

In this role, you will lead a dedicated software team within R&D. You will combine technical expertise, coaching leadership and a vision for IT architecture, acting as the bridge between strategy, technology and collaboration.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Managing, coaching and further developing the IT software team (approx. 8 FTE), with a focus on collaboration, development and results;

• Using your knowledge of infrastructure, the Cloud, programming languages, virtualisation and cybersecurity principles to ensure a robust and future-proof IT foundation;

• Collaborating closely with other R&D teams, Portfolio Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Software Engineers to optimally align strategy, roadmap and execution;

• Coordinating the deployment of and collaboration with external IT partners and suppliers;

• Ensuring focus and progress through clear planning, prioritisation and monitoring dependencies within and outside the team.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• Higher education (HBO/WO) level in software, with at least 5 years’ experience;

• Coaching or leadership skills within an Agile/Scrum environment;

• Knowledge of modern tools such as Git and DevOps;

• You can combine technical depth with natural communication and leadership skills;

• A technical conscience and the drive to develop people and products.
