YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Developing and implementing our international HR policy;

• Ensuring that new colleagues worldwide get off to a flying start and feel welcome;

• Paperwork boring? Not for you: you'll take care of our contracts and documents in both Dutch and English;

• Spotting and seizing opportunities to make our HR processes smarter, faster and better;

• Most importantly: this is a real hands-on role. You'll take a lot of initiative, work closely with others and feel at home in a dynamic environment.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• You have 5 to 7 years of experience in HR, preferably also internationally;

• HBO/WO? Check. HRM, Law or Business Administration? That's great;

• In-depth knowledge of labour law, HR processes and HR policy;

• Strong advisory skills – you are a strong discussion partner for managers and directors;

• You are proactive, organisation-sensitive and can think tactically as well as switch gears hands-on.
