Helping people grow, advising managers and collaborating with colleagues worldwide: as an HR Advisor, you will be at the heart of an international organisation where no two days are the same. You will be involved in everything from recruitment and development to HR policy and personal advice. You will also travel to our international locations from time to time to support teams and strengthen connections with colleagues worldwide.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Developing and implementing our international HR policy;

• Closely monitoring and applying local and international labour legislation;

• Coordinating international contracts, payroll and social security issues;

• Ensuring that new colleagues worldwide get off to a flying start and feel welcome;

• Spotting and seizing opportunities to make our HR processes smarter, faster and better;

• Most importantly, this is a real hands-on role. You take a lot of initiative, work closely with others and feel at home in a dynamic environment.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

• You have 5 to 7 years of experience in international HR;

• HBO/WO? Check. HRM, Law or Business Administration? That's great;

• In-depth knowledge of labour law, HR processes and HR policy;

• Strong advisory skills - you are a strong discussion partner for managers and directors;

• You are proactive, organisation-sensitive and can think tactically as well as switch gears hands-on.
