Export Planner

In this role, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly – from outgoing orders to administrative processing. You will work with carriers, project managers, dealers and customers to create the best schedules. You will be the point of contact for your colleagues in the warehouse. In short: a dynamic position in which no two days are the same!

• Managing export shipments from start to finish;

• Maintaining daily contact with carriers, customers and colleagues from various departments;

• Contributing to smart solutions and process improvements;

• Ensuring accurate administrative processing.

• The following qualities suit you perfectly: customer-focused, accurate, stress-resistant and eager to learn;

• You have strong social and communication skills, both in Dutch and English;

• Logistics training and/or relevant work experience is a plus;

• You are a team player who can also work independently and is familiar with customs formalities.
