Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer, you will ensure smooth, scalable and future-proof processes within our international manufacturing organisation. You will lead the Operations team of 8-10 people in a connecting manner and seek cooperation with locations and disciplines. With a constant focus on people, quality, delivery reliability, safety and costs, you will accelerate our upscaling.

We are an innovative family business that aims to make poultry farming more sustainable and animal-friendly worldwide - with a focus on efficiency and the well-being of animals and farmers. With approximately 1,000 colleagues, we work on the development, production, marketing, installation and service of innovative technologies. Our Operations teams work in Eersel, Aalten and Brazil, among other places.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Developing strong leadership and strengthening cooperation between teams and countries;

• Managing end-to-end operations: Purchasing, Logistics, Production/Assembly and Outbound;

• Scaling up the organisation through standardisation, continuous improvements and first-time-right working;

• Ensure safety, quality and the environment while accelerating digitalisation (MES/ERP) and working in a data-driven manner;

• With a broad view of the world and the courage to think differently, you will ensure flow, capacity and planning across multiple locations.

• Communication skills in Dutch and English.
