Assistant Foreman Assembly

In this role, you will support the foreman and assist with all assembly work within the assembly department. You will combine active participation on the work floor with maintaining an overview, distributing tasks and monitoring planning and quality. Thanks to your keen eye and practical approach, you will ensure that the assembly process runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

• Supporting the realisation of production planning and monitoring progress;

• Distributing tasks within the team with an eye for quality and safety;

• Actively participating in assembly work and familiarising new colleagues with the work;

• Ensuring a tidy and safe working environment, and supporting the foreman and taking over tasks in his absence.
