You combine experience, technology, and leadership. As a Lead Engineer, you provide direction to the team, develop new machines, and improve existing standards. With your expertise and the R&D roadmap as a guide, you ensure that ideas become reality.

  • Provide direction for ND projects and optimize standards;

  • Translate the R&D roadmap into concrete implementation within established frameworks;

  • Guide the team to successfully complete projects on time;

  • Organize and monitor planning, capacity, and resources.

  • >5 years of experience in a similar role within machine engineering;
